it seems like, a lot recently, my connection to the mysql server is cut off mid-script, is that something anyone else has noticed?

I'm looking at the script in the browser, waiting for it to finish, and, I pull SHOW PROCESSLIST; on nightshade, and, there's no query for that script. The script also never seems to finish running

noticing this across a few scripts, especially when > 500 rows are involved
